What is the difference between The Nap® Room and The Lion’s Suite?
The Nap® Room (Private Guest Room) is an elegant, soothing room designed for a simple, comfortable stay. The Lion’s Suite (Luxury Private Suite) is our signature suite: high-end bedding, designer shower room, Atelier Rebul products, private inner courtyard, mini-bar and many other thoughtful touches.

What are the five Overnight + Spa experiences?
W’Ocean (The Nap® Room + 2h30 in the Indoor Spa, from €295), W’Oasis (3 hours of the Garden Package, from €319), W’Olympe (The Lion’s Suite, Garden in the morning, massage and breakfast included, €399), W’Odyssée (The Lion’s Suite, 5 hours in the Spa with Garden in the evening and massage, from €495 excluding meals) and W’Onderland (complete private hire of W’O, €795). Prices are for Sunday to Thursday, for two people.

What are the weekend and key-date supplements?
Friday and Saturday: + €20 for W’Ocean, W’Oasis and W’Olympe, + €30 for W’Odyssée, + €50 for W’Onderland. Key dates, eves of bank holidays and bank holidays: + €40 for W’Ocean, W’Oasis, W’Olympe and W’Odyssée, not cumulative with the weekend supplement. W’Onderland is €895 on eves of bank holidays and bank holidays.

Is breakfast included?
Gourmet breakfast is included in W’Olympe and W’Onderland. With W’Oasis and The Lion’s Suite, a pastry breakfast served in the room is available as an option at €25 per person, minimum two people. No breakfast is offered with W’Ocean, W’Odyssée or The Nap® Room.

How does the deposit work?
For a booking made 7 days or more before arrival: 30 % deposit on confirmation, refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. Less than 7 days before: 50 % deposit, non-refundable. The balance is paid on site. Full payment in advance entitles you to a 10 % discount on the package but is non-refundable.

Can I book a room without a Spa package?
Yes. Our rooms also welcome tourist or business stays, for one or more nights. Let us know in your request and we will reply according to availability.

How do I order a meal or a platter?
Meals and platters are chosen on the page Gourmet Pleasures. They must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and are paid in full when ordered. Drinks are paid for on site, except those included in your experience (for example water with W’Odyssée).

Are bubbles included with W’Odyssée?
A bottle of bubbles for the aperitif is offered when you order a meal. Without a meal order, it is not included.

Can I smoke at W’O?
W’O is a 100 % smoke-free establishment, including the indoor area, the rooms and the garden. Smoking is permitted only in the inner courtyard.

Do you welcome children? How many people per room?
W’O is adults-only. Each room accommodates a maximum of two adults.

How do I get to W’O and where can I park?
W’O is at Chaussée de Bruxelles 562 in Waterloo, a few minutes from the E19. Restaurants are 30 m away and free parking is 50 m away.

How do I send my request?
