Can we come without a booking?
No. As every session is entirely private, your visit must be confirmed beforehand. The form on this page sends an information and availability request; it is not a booking.
I don't know my date yet, can I still contact you?
Yes. Simply say that your date is not yet set and, if possible, tell us the space, duration and time of day that interest you.
What is the difference between the indoor Spa and the Garden?
The Spa is the private indoor area. The Garden Package adds the outdoor area and its exotic garden, while also giving access to the indoor Spa.
Can we come as 3 or 4 people?
Yes, only with the Garden Package and with the supplement shown. Base prices are for 2 people. For more than 4 people, send us a request.

Is W'O easy to reach from Brussels?
Yes. W'O is in Waterloo, on the edge of Brussels. Allow about 30 minutes by car outside heavy traffic.
What are the opening hours?
W'O is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 11:30pm, by prior booking.
Do the massage chairs need to be booked?
No. You can decide to enjoy them during your session, with no prior booking.
