To find the entrance easily, look for the Les Parquets de Joli-Bois shop. Just to the left of its window, you'll spot a small recessed alcove: the black door of W'O | Waterl'O — Private Spa & Luxury Suite is right in front of you.
Open this first door using the code you received via WhatsApp.
Once inside, head to the end of the corridor, to the right of the staircase, and use the same code again.
The entrance to your private spa is the frosted glass door straight ahead, at the very end of the corridor (same code).
